Where can I check the status of my order?

What size are the invitations/announcements/holiday cards?

Printed photo cards are 5x7 inches.  The "design only" can be made in a 4x6, 5x7 or 8x10 size.

I see a design for a girl's 1st Birthday party that I would like to use for my son's 5th Birthday.  Can you do that?

Yes!  We can change the birthday year, wording, colors and even the number of pictures in any design.

I see more than one design that I like.  Can I see how my pictures & information look in both before I decide?

Due to the time it takes our designers to customize each design, we ask that you choose one design per order.  Changes can be made for this design (background colors, fonts, etc.) but if you would like to see a whole new design style, there will be a $15 design fee.

How many pictures can I use?

You can use as little or as many pictures as you'd like.

How do I get my pictures on the computer and sent to you?

Usually customers e-mail us their photos.  Please let us know if you need help with this.

Do these come with envelopes?

Yes, every printed photo card comes with a white envelope.

What kind of paper do you use?

Printed photo cards are professionally printed on your choice of glossy or matte Fuji Crystal Archive Photographic paper.

Can you fix my pictures?

Yes.  We can crop, get rid of red eye, and make your pictures black and white.  Simply e-mail us your pictures & and we'll adjust them to fit properly on the invitation.

Do you charge an extra design fee?

No.  All designs fees are included in the price of the invitations which make these an incredible value!

Will I get a proof before you have them printed?

Yes, usually within 48 hours we will send you an e-mail proof.  After any changes that you request, we'll keep sending you new proofs.  Once you give us your final approval, we'll have them printed.  For "design only" orders we would send you a high quality .jpg that you could have printed yourself.

What if I see another design that I like.  Can you make one to look like that?

Yes, we can adapt any of our designs for any occasion or create a unique design with your ideas.

Can you use Disney Characters on the invitation?

No.  These images are copyrighted so legally I cannot use them without permission.  Besides, you want your beautiful child to be the star of the invitation, not Mickey Mouse.

Can I use professional photos?

By ordering, you agree that you are the photographer or have obtained written permission from the photographer for the photos you have us use.  Cards By Jeannine can not be held liable for any misuse of copyrighted material submitted by the customer.

How much is shipping?

For a limited time, shipping is Free!  It takes about 7 days to arrive after you approve your final draft but please allow up to 2 weeks.

I need less than 20 invitations.  Can I order only 15?

Our minimum order is 20, so if you need less than 20 invitations we recommend purchasing our "Design Only" and having them printed out yourself. 

Do you offer express shipping?

We have these printed and shipped by a separate company so unfortunately express or overnight shipping is not available.  It usually takes about 7 days to arrive once you approve a final draft but please allow up to 2 weeks.  It's worth the wait- the quality is beautiful!

Do you provide shipping to countries other than the US?

We only offer the "Design Only" option for international orders.  If you're in Australia and prefer printed invitations, we highly recommend our sister store: InkPink Design

Do you offer a money back guarantee?

We are confident that we can make a design you love, but if you are unsatisfied with the quality of your invitations you can exchange them or return them for a full refund (minus a $15 design fee.) Note: Your order must be returned in full within 30 days.

What is your privacy policy?

We value privacy of our customers and we would never sell or distribute any of your personal information.  We may request permission to use your proof on our website, but at your request, all of your personal information would be changed.  If you have any questions regarding our privacy policy, please contact us.

How long does this whole process take?

For printed invitations, the whole process from the time you order to the time you receive them usually takes about 2 weeks.  For "design only" orders we usually have a first proof to you within 48 hours!

I am a previous customer and I don't see my sample on your website... but I'd like to participate!

We are in the process of updating our website so not all the samples will be up right away.  If you would like to be included, though, please contact us and we will put it up.  You can share it with friends & family and be "famous!"
