1.  Pick out a design.

2.  Click on the PayPal button under it.

3.  Proceed through the PayPal payment process.

4.  Fill out an Order Form.

5.  E-Mail your photos to: service@cardsbyjeannine.com

6.  Usually within 48 hours your designer will send you your first proof.  If any changes need to be made you will e-mail her back and she will send you a new one until you make a final approval.

7.  If you ordered the "Design Only," we will e-mail you a high quality .jpg file of your invitation.  You can save this to a CD and bring it into your favorite photo printing place or upload it on a store's website like Walmart.com.

8.  If you ordered printed invitations, you will receive your order within 7-10 business days.  If you would like to purchase extra printed invitations from us, you can do so here.

If you are ordering just the design, we can make it 4x6,5x7, or 8x10.  If you would like us to print your invitations, we only sell 5x7.

This means that your invitation will closely resemble the design sample what you choose.  Small changes like the wording and font color can also be changed for no extra charge.  If major changes are wanted, there will be an extra $5 Custom Design fee.

Due to the time it takes to customize each design, we only allow one design per order.

We usually like to keep the same amount of photos as in the example.  However, if you are purchasing a custom design, you can use as many photos as you'd like.

We only accept photos by e-mail.  The larger the better!  Please let us know if you need help doing this. 

Yes, they come with one matching white envelope.

Printed photo cards are professionally printed on your choice of glossy or matte Fuji Crystal Archive Photographic paper.

Yes.  We can crop, get rid of red eye, and make your pictures black and white.  Simply e-mail us your pictures & and we'll adjust them to fit properly on the invitation.

Yes, usually within 48 hours we will send you an e-mail proof.  After any changes that you request, we'll keep sending you new proofs.  Once you give us your final approval, we'll have them printed.  For "design only" orders we would send you a high quality .jpg that you could have printed yourself.

By ordering, you agree that you are the photographer or have obtained written permission from the photographer for the photos you have us use.  Cards By Jeannine can not be held liable for any misuse of copyrighted material submitted by the customer.

Free!  We only ship to the US.  Please allow up to two weeks for printed orders to arrive. 

We have these printed and shipped by a separate company so unfortunately express or overnight shipping is not available.  It usually takes about 7 days to arrive once you approve a final draft but please allow up to 2 weeks.  It's worth the wait- the quality is beautiful!

We usually have a first proof to you within 48 hours!  For printed invitations, the whole process from the time you order to the time you receive them usually takes about 2 weeks.
